The applied technologies allowed to achieve very high performance and stability of the application. Modern system architecture allows it to be used to calculate costs, not just phone calls, but for example the amount of data transferred or the cost of multimedia services such as sharing movies on cable networks, etc.
The data are retrieved directly from the database system Kobi. WebReporter enables user authentication by entering username and password, or automatically using an LDAP database (domain login). Rights management is performed from the browser.
The IPB functionality has been implemented as an integral part of WebReporter application. The information stored in the database are taken from Active Directory, CSV and XLS files, you can retrieve information from MSSQL database or CCM and the synchronization process is carried out fully automatically.
Internet Phone Book can collect details and to find information describing the subscriber. IPB base provides dozens of parameters, including, among others: name, full name, institution, department, cost center. It is also an excellent tool for recording and sharing numbers for companies or institutions, for example numbers to your favorite restaurant or contractors.
The module is configured to individually choose the scope of the stored information which can be descriptions of numbers, date values and subscriptions, limits, type and models of equipment, location, etc. In passporting naming and giving individual attributes is possible, each of them at any time can be turned on and visualized. The functionality of the selection list helps to protect data against the introduction of incorrect values in the fields of interest. History allows you to track and modify entries and changes reporting.
This software can be an alternative to the costly billing data buffering equipment.
